Why buy from Rove Concepts?

At Rove Concepts we do things a bit differently in the fact that we are a direct-to-consumer business. We take inspiration from nature to create modern, high-quality products that are made with impeccable quality and stunning designs, without the high cost.

Through our eco-design house, we have been working to create sustainable pieces for the home that are timeless and long-lasting. As we move forward we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact from our eco-friendly designs to reducing our use of plastic in our packaging.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit.
The custom order lead time is an estimated time frame and is an all-encompassing window from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy and the Custom Order Lead Times, please see the Store Policy page here.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

This console is absolutely stunning. The quality is amazing, and the swatches were very helpful in visualizing the furniture prior to purchasing. The mechanisms of the console are well made and smooth - drawers slide well and close softly. Installation of the leg was very easy. The console is quite heavy, and requires a two person lift. I took away 1 star from this review strictly due to shipping delays, and difficult communication with the shipping company. Although this is not necessarily the fault of Rove Concepts, I do expect seamless order/delivery when paying a large amount in shipping fees. The shipping company is to contact the customer for delivery scheduling, however they only called me after 10pm on weeknights when I was not available (sleeping!), and they did not leave messages with a callback number. I had to chase them down to schedule delivery via Rove Concepts Customer Care (who were fantastic during the process), however, it was more leg work than I would expect from a luxury furniture company. They also left the package in the snow in the middle of my driveway and did not bring it to the porch or even to a place where it would be protected from the elements. Long story short: The furniture is wonderful and worth the price. The shipping company needs a little help on customer service and communication. Overall, I would purchase again from the company.

This console lives up to its picture and description. Sleek low design. Designers paid attention to detail - heavy unit; corners angled on the walnut piece (see pictures); white gloss drawers with sleek metal handles; inside of drawers are not plain white (see picture); sleek metal leg. Its width is customizable simply by sliding the drawer section horizontally in and out. Absolutely beautiful!

Love how sleek and modern it looks, very well constructed, wish you could switch the direction of the base. This is my second unit, first arrived damaged, had a hard time reaching someone from the company. Could only do email. I was Not very comfortable with this, but once they answered me all went well.
