For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit. For custom orders lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.
We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

Great quality product with everything you need in a desk. The cost point is less than many desks that don't have near the features or quality finish of the Arlo desk. The only negative was that the assembly of the top to the main base was tricky to align. A combination of dowels and screws would have been better than all screws.

I recommend this company over any! If they have the product you want, USE them! I was so nervous ordering furniture online, but Rove made it so much less anxiety provoking. They mailed my requested swatches in 2 days and compared to every other company out there that was impressive! The whole website and company is amazing, I dont even know where to start. From the options to the ability to view your choices in a 3D design scene, Rove Concepts has made choosing furniture so easy! The 3D Scene helped me and my partner be able to view what the furniture pieces would look like together. I also have to mention I ordered a couch and mistakenly put in the wrong shipping address and customer service helped me even after hours. They are truly amazing. Highly recommend.
