Overall the design and experience was great, however when I went to check out the first time, the charge for the membership fee appeared but not the amount for member pricing. I declined the purchase, had to go in and purchase the membership first and then go back in and purchase the sofa to get the member price to appear. Other than that, wonderful looking items and ease of use in purchasing.

I have been searching for the perfect velvet couch! I came across the Hugo Sectional about 6 months ago! I fell in love. I did reach out to get a swatch of the fabric sent and I received it in about 7-10 days. I appreciate the option to see and feel the fabric in person! I have read many great reviews about the Hugo Sectional and while I wait for my beautiful couch I hope I can be the next to write an excellent review. I am excited to say the least!

Website voucher system and membership is pretty confusing and inconvenient. The shipping seems exorbitant. Why not offer members free shipping? Hoping the chairs make it all worth it once they arrive.

I did not have a problem while shopping but the item i wanted was available in the Canada store and not in the US store. customer care said to me it is impossible to buy it from the Canadian store and ship to the US so I had to buy a color that was not my first choice and also on a pre-order! I will post a review after I receive the product!

Great customer service. I had an issue with placing an order and a duplicate was placed. Simple and easy process to clear up the misunderstanding. The concierge service was readily available for assistance.

Really like the design while shopping for counter stools. The team was very helpful and answered all my questions over the phone. I did not receive tracking information for samples/swatches requested but they did arrive after a few days. I'm excited for the counter stools to arrive.

Great customer service. Looking forward to get my bed. My only comment is that for the price of the bed, I would have expected it to be solid wood and not veneer. I also didn’t love that it was made in China. For that same design, I would have paid another $400 for it to be in the USA and have a faster turnaround.
