Simple Elegance
My husband was looking for a certain style of chair and Rove Concepts came up in his google search. We not only found chairs but a dining room table as well. The website is very user friendly.
I had trouble checking out in my cart
I had trouble checking out in my cart. I became a member, then went to purchase my item. When I got to the check out cart it has a check box to use your address from your membership info instead of typing it in.
When I hit the check box it only auto filled my apartment number. When I tried again it put my address where my name was. I had to try 7 times and ended up typing everything in again. I almost gave up on my purchase.

Excellent service. We picked up our order suoer fast. Customer service was amazing. Absolutely love Rove Concepts. I'm ready for my next order. The chair is of great quality.

I’m sure the flash sale was the reason why you didn’t pick up the phone or the website didn’t work to place orders on for a while. I’m trade and have an account but couldn’t log in, and I also don’t know if I really had to pay the membership fee to get the discount on the tables we bought. Spencer table is coordinated with a type of woven barrel back chair in one of the images. I could not find it, and the connection bubble did not respond...

What a great experience!
What a wonderful company to deal with and what amazing employees that work there as well! I had a number of questions and everyone I spoke to using the online chat was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me. Plus their customer care team on the phone was equally helpful in helping me ensure my multiple order dining chairs would be picked from the same shipment to ensure color consistency. I have every confidence they will stay true to their word and will write a follow up review once all my orders have been completed.

I have researched a lot before making the purchase and this outdoor table came as the best option in terms of durability and design. Can't wait to receive it!

Before buying in the website, I did call customer service to get some information about the item I was looking for. There’re close on Sunday but through the online chat I was able to request a phone call. More then 2 people called me back in the same they. It was great service and they answered all my questions. Customer service is challenging
Customer service is impossible to reach.
Delays are common with order confirmations.
This is the second order I've placed in the last two weeks and when one speaks with Cust. Svce., the representatives have very little authority or ability to bring issues to their superiors.
If I were running this dept., I would have much more transparency and urgency of getting back to the customer. If someone spends $3000 and feels this way, I would be jumping on it knowing they could be a $10,000 plus account.

Great bed, delivery could be improved
Star deduction based on delivery. It was holiday season so I understand being busy, but there was broken pieces, delays, and 1/4 boxes wasn’t loaded on our 2nd delivery day attempt. I expect more when shipping is $200. The bed is gorgeous, the wood is beautiful as is the headboard. Assembly was also relatively easy.
