I place my 63"round dining table, 8 chairs along with the long TV console over the phone. service was outstanding, she provide all the answer I needed before placing my order. I have use their products on my last house project and love their design and concept ..

The website was easy to navigate to find the perfect bar stool. There were plenty of choices in terms of wood finish and "Vegan leather" colour. I haven't received the stools yet but if the previous reviews can be trusted, I expect to love them.

Got a wrong color headboard for the bed I purchased. Filed a claim, the team contacted me on the same day, but the replies afterwards were not very fast. I called customer service team couple times hope can discuss about the solution options (the colour that I ordered is out of stock) but was told customers service team can’t comment on the claim, and I can’t talk to claim team via phone call. It took Rove Concept almost two weeks to resolve the issue that could be done in 10 minutes via phone call. They also avoid to discuss the option of returning the bed even though I asked couple times in my email. End up I got whole bed in the wrong headboard color as I really don’t want to wait for the right colour headboard back in stock later in the year, or leave the bed with different colour. Not a very satisfying experience.

Rove Concepts makes some great, unique products. The online shopping experience is user-friendly.
