Beautiful chairs but beware of delayed shipping and potential damage
The Norman counterstools are beautiful and surprisingly comfortable! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unique piece to complete their kitchen. My only gripe is with the shipping. Shipping costs are $129 and on two occasions now, I have received damaged chairs. Rove Concepts has always been willing to replace them, but the chairs are on backorder and I have been waiting forever to get them. Other than shipping and lag time, the chairs are a must buy.

I saw their ad on Facebook and ordered from there Contacted many many times and never given a straight answer as to where my product was Contacted many many times and never given a straight answer as to where my product was Trying to get a refund i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was r+1 --EIGHT FIVE SIX three nine three two two two Eight I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back. Tulip Table - All white
I purchased the oval Tulip Table in white laminate top. I was pleased with the quality of the pack job, everything was very secure and arrived in perfect condition.
I have been a little surprised at how easily markings are left on the table though - I hope I never get a pen mark on it for fear that it would never come off!

The furniture is beautiful. I have ordered based on purchases made by a friend. Well made and elegant. The website is a little slow and needs to be faster when scrolling between features.
I suggest putting swatch orders on the persons order page. I had to order swatches twice because of delays and could not track either. They arrived 2 days apart despite being requested weeks apart.

This was my first time purchasing furniture online and I was a bit apprehensive, skeptical on whether or not the products look as good as they do in the pictures.
I purchased the Hunter Bed and it came as pictured and surpassed my expectations.
I also purchased 6 Aubrey chairs, however 2 was damaged during transit. The other undamaged chairs were great quality and also came as pictured on their website.
What puts Rove over the top was the entire guest experience they provided me, with the two damaged chairs I submitted a claim and within 24 hours they had 2 more chairs shipped out to me. I thought I would have to jump through a bunch of hoops before it would be rectified.
You can buy with confidence with Rove - I know I will continue to do so.

This table’s alright. It’s flat, pretty good. Can hold a bunch of things, several of which are within reach. Nice. Not tipsy at all—I like that. It’s doing pretty much what one would expect a table to do. Can’t ask for much more, really. How could you not like this table? You say you don’t like it—I become suspicious. Like, did something happen between you and this table? Is there something I should know? Don’t be coy—you say you don’t care for the table knowing full well that anyone can see that it’s a perfectly good table, and there are bound to be some questions. Is it an aesthetic preference? What, like you don’t like the colour white or something?? Round things that can’t hurt if you bump into them by accident? Am I supposed to believe that’s your thing, that you like a little more danger in a table? Get real. This table’s the bomb—quit trying to mess with it. It’ll be a pain in the ass to move, though, I’ll give you that.

Overall a very good experience. I was just annoyed that even though I specifically selected no warranty I got charged for one. Then when I tried to get the charge reversed, Rove was unresponsive. I called twice, sent two emails, and filed a claim and then had to log in at night to finally get it reversed. I wish this had been easier. Will see if we actually like the stuff when it arrives

We ordered 10 dining chairs and we love them. The quality is great and they seem really durable. 2 of the10 chairs had damage upon arrival. We filed a report, added pictures and they sent us 2 brand new chairs. The process was easy and seamless.

We ordered the porter sectional and we Love it! It’s so beautiful. It has a lot of support yet very comfortable. We ordered it on Sept 21st and it arrived on Oct 18 in excellent condition. Keep in mind we live on the East coast of Canada! We were surprised how low to the ground it is but it took only a few min to get over that! Very happy with our purchase!
Milo sectional - nice design
I purchased the Milo sectional in Solstice blue velvet. Beautiful design and colour! The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the seats are too hard; definitely not a sofa you would sleep on. This seems to be a common complaint so Rove Concepts should address that. Too bad, as it would be perfect otherwise. No issues with the delivery. Overall still satisfied with my purchase.

Hard seat, questionable quality control?
The Aubrey Counter Chair is cute which is the main reason I ordered them. One of them arrived with the back wood piece crooked. A bit annoying as I see it every day. Wish quality control had caught that before approving the chair to be sold. The seats are hard and short--they stop mid thigh. Not great if you plan to sit at them for any length of time. Seem solid.
