Rove called me with the delay in fabrication of my couch. Offered me bamboo sheets for keeping me waiting another month. I was honestly shocked that I was notified at all. Most companies would just tell you there was a delay and not offer to make it with a different fabric....went way beyond what I expected in a company. Thanks Briana!

Superb experience. Best customer service I ordered camping chairs and they took the money out the same day. They haven't responded to any of my emails. I can't access the order or the website from the email I’ve sent multiple emails inquiring about my order & not one response , i was only able to get one email and they told me my chair was on the way , and still nothing i have been Trying to get in touch with this compamy customer service about my refund finally i we i went on i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was +1----Eight four five seven nine FIVE three zero NINE NINE I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back thanks for great service This is the best experience I have ever had with this company
WoW factor
The moment I viewed Rove's website I knew I was going to purchase something. Ended up with 4 Cherner Stools which I can't wait to receive and see what they're like in real life. There are still few more items I am looking at purchasing as well. Every store seems to have the same boring styles, but ROVE had the best of both worlds (modern clean luxury look and competitive pricing). Rove will definitely be one of my go to stores. I can't wait to tell people about it. I wish you guys will open more stores to get the real life feel for your products. Beautiful Bed, Poor Workmanship
The Xander bed is beautiful and the wood is of heavy construction. However, within a year, the walnut veneer of one of the legs started splitting, chipping, and bubbling. Initiated a claim and was cancelled by customer service stating that it is due to 'wear and tear' so is not covered under warranty. That leg is RARELY touched; it is a not dining table that would be constantly handled. How would 'Wear and Tear' of a bed leg cause the veneer to chip, split and bubble in less than a year? This is POOR quality/workmanship!

I found the video and the reviews helpful. But I found the product information thin, lacking specific data, what species of wood? What kind of natural cord? The shipping price is not really transparent. We played with shipping destination to reduce the shipping costs. Frankly not very competitive with other purveyors of online furniture. And then I had to do a bunch of research to figure out how and when the voucher can be used.
