Ordering was very easy. I have not received the stools yet so I hope they arrive when promised and are as nice as they look. I previously ordered a dining room table and chairs. They are beautiful and high quality but took 4 months to arrive...not the 6 weeks that they were estimated to be delivered.

I found it difficult to book an appointment for an in person show room visit. When I did go for a visit, I found the experience to be underwhelming. Somewhat small, crowded showroom, staff not particularly warm or welcoming.

We immediately found what we were looking for at Rove Concepts. No matter how many times we would look at other places to purchase a couch, we would always come back to Rove. Shopping for coffee table
It was helpful to visit the showroom and see some of the items in person. The website does a nice job showing furniture pieces that pair well together. I had some trouble getting in touch to place the order over the phone but they do answer emails pretty quickly so that was great. I look forward to making another purchase soon!
Quality products, long lead times though
Love the products, quality looks great and that’s supported from other reviews. Disappointed by long shipping lead times, along with high shipping fees, however including shipping prices are still very fair. Other than that very satisfied with the e-commerce experience and products.
Rove Concepts Trento Chairs
Just ordered six Rove Concepts Trento Dining Table chairs. Rove Concepts made it super easy. From finding selections online to ordering fabric samples to placing the actual order. The whole process was quick and simple. And, to top it off, I expect to receive my order in weeks vs. months -- which is typical for so many furniture manufacturers these days!
