My order went very smoothly. I got a question answered very quickly by the Concierge, and even called back to add another ottoman to the order. I was very pleased with the service I received!

I ordered samples prior to ordering the Milo sectional and the samples came quickly. I was able to do a couple of stain tests on the samples and it really helped me decide on the fabric I wanted. Additionally I have spoken to your customer service reps both via phone and live chat and they were always very helpful.

The designs and quality of offerings from Rove is excellent, I highly recommend. I've bought a number of items over the last few years and it's always the place I look to first. The customer service has always been very good, my only complaint is the website is always so slow and the filtering doesn't always work, just takes some patience!

Thank you - we are quite happy with our order (storage bed and counter stools). The white glove delivery was excellent. The storage bed doesn’t store as much as advertised and would recommend that Rove update the description to provide interior measurements of the drawers. This was a bit disappointing but we have no complaints with quality and design - it’s beautiful.

I've ordered a few things from Rove and the quality is incredible!! I was looking to purchase a new sectional couch that I've been lusting after for a while, But if you've moved you know how crazy it can be with closing dates delays other things that are shipping to your house moving and all the coordination chaos that goes along with that. I contacted Support and let them know that I wanted to place the order so I could secure one of the last two Sectionals that were left. But obviously I didn't want the sofa delivered to my apartment I really needed them to hold it until my closing date which may be around the end of April but I still don't know. They respond to me super quickly and understood and said no problem will hold it in the warehouse and just let us know when you need it. What a huge help and not having to have a delivered to my apartment where I have no room and then ultimately have to bring it to the new house which would be a big pain. They're just gonna hang onto it and then ultimately I can have it at my new place that I am ideally moving into in April!

I have had a great experience so far from purchase to scheduling our pickup. I have been impressed by the speed and efficiency of their online tools and can't wait to see our couch when we pick it up! I can't believe how fast it is ready!
