I made my first ever purchase online the other day. I’ve been looking for dining room chairs for a while and I’ve had my eye on the wishbone chair. I love the look but I wasn’t sure how comfortable they would be but according to the reviews they are comfortable and great quality. I guess I’ll find out soon enough! I also had a question about being tax exempt so I called and I was given the information on how to proceed. The person on the other line was very polite and helpful. Great customer service!

Great experience

After a slight technical issue I was able to sign up for membership and order my items. I am a designer who appreciates great design at a lower price point. I hope the items purchased meet my quality expectations and then hope to order other items.

First time buyer. Excited to receive the bed. Only complaint is that you get a voucher when you spend so much but you cannot use it for 30 days... we wanted to buy 2 nightstands to go with the bed and use the voucher on them but now we have to wait 30 days after we get the bed to use them AND pay for shipping again.

Prior to placing an order I reached out, via online chat, to ask a few questions. The response time was very quick and the information incredibly informative. Amazing furniture and just as great customer service!

Very stylish looking furniture and well-designed website with helpful reviews and pictures. Swatches come rather quickly and are good quality. Checkout process is straight forward. However, there are some areas for improvement. For example, there was a glitch with the dates my items were available so I will be receiving them much later than expected. Additionally, the delivery process seems unnecessarily complicated, especially for the pricey flat rates you are paying. For my first order, I received tracking information a week ago and it has yet to be updated. Finally, the delay in receiving the member voucher is inconvenient. It incentivizes me to either wait or look elsewhere.

Easy interface. I had a few questions that I asked through the chat, which were answered quickly. Product pages could of had additional closeup pictures to allow the shopper to better visualise the finish quality.

Ordering was easy and my vouchers/credits were easily applied at checkout. Once pick up option was selected, I was sent a link to book my pickup date/time. Very user friendly!

The site is always very easy to use. I was able to get swatches sent quickly. Very excited for my new table to come!
