I wanted to purchase an office desk and it appeared that it was backordered, but when I was checking out delivery was listed as within less than 7 days. Since this confused me, I reached out via email and received a response immediately which clarified the situation. I appreciated this and ended up purchasing the desk even though it was backordered

The product is good, make no mistake. It's great value for what you are paying. However, time and time again I have had issues with Rove's overall business sense and service. For example, they offer a voucher of a certain % off your order that you can use, but you then find out the voucher isn't actually released and can actually be used until 30 days after your order is delivered...So couple that with the fact that orders on average take 4+ months to fulfill - you have a useless voucher you can't use for 5 months. From a customer standpoint, this makes zero sense and makes it seem like ROVE doesn't actually want you to benefit and actually use this in reality - it's like they want you to get so frustrated with the system and just forget about it. It's really disappointing because they have great product, if only their business sense matched. I want to be a brand ambassador to this company so much.... but they just make it really difficult.

Great website shopping experience - checkout timer is a little short and the experience could be better. Put in all my information and clicked purchase only to find out the checkout had timed out. Had to fill up everything again

We ordered 6 dining chairs from Rove. The pictures online looked awesome but I was concerned about ordering these online and not seeing in person. I ordered a few swatches to confirm color and although delivery was delayed (all furniture is right now due to COVID) Rove was great with communicating. The chairs were delivered last week and I LOVE them. Excellent quality and exactly what I expected from the pictures. I've now ordered a bench and looking forward to delivery.

Website is pretty straight forward with all detail info I need. Very friendly interface and additional buyer’s photos and reviews is the most important to make my purchase. Given ETA gave me a great estimation that all my furnitures will be in after I move into my new place. Can’t wait to see my furnitures arrive in a month or 2.

I really enjoyed the live chat feature that let me talk to a customer representative. I will not buy furniture from a store that does not have this feature. It allows me to e comfortable and ask questions that comes with a big purchase like furniture.
