The website is slow in performance
The website is slow in performance. For example, during checking out, once I entered my information like credit card and it took over 60 seconds to get the "Continue" button to refresh and come up.
I would have given up if I was not so interested in the table.

Overall experience has been good so far. The website had a glitch when trying to order the first time, giving an error code, but the order went through the second time. I can't speak to the quality of the furniture or delivery yet, as it is not scheduled to arrive in their warehouse for at least another month. But they look nice in the photos.

Easy use website. Store in Melrose is very small and appointments are not available for weeks out. Likely a COVID issue but would have been nice to see the furniture before buying.

The perfect bar stool
We love our tento midnight Anglo barstools. The colour is a beautiful deep navy and very soft to the touch. The gold legs aren't brassy and the chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. It was worth the wait for these luxurious additions to our wineroom.

Awesome mordern design furnitures and user friendly website. Membership fee is quite a new system to me, but worth to join and get significant discounts (more than you pay for your membership)
Rove is on-point with style and speed
I am furnishing a 4-bedroom house in under two months. I am very particular about style but am not in a position to wait for many months. I not only love the items on Rove, but they are clearly marked for in-stock availability and have excellent fabrics for their non special-order items. I am so impressed with the style and price, speed and variety of choice. Without Rove we would not have a beautifully furnished place!

Shipping is not included…
I’ve grown accustomed to free shipping on large purchases and I was surprised by the $229 shipping charge, nearly 17% of the discount price, which seems a bit excessive. Shipping also does not include assembly or even delivery beyond the first available covered space, like the garage. I haven’t received the product yet, so I reserve final judgment about my full experience for later.
