What went well
What went well: Customer service (chat) was helpful and responsive. I felt I got a fair price for the product. The membership was intirguing, but probably not something I'll use again.
Not so much: I found the pricing structure confusing, as well as the details around returns. I would have felt better if Rove had acknowledged the relationship with their delivery company. There seemed to be a disconnect there, and I noticed a several complaints about delivery which almost made me not want to purchase.

This is my first time making a purchase at Rove Concepts and so far the experience has been great. I really trust in looking at reviews before making a significant purchase and I loved that there were so many reviews for the item I bought - Winston table 48”. The experience was very enjoyable from the design of the website to the clear communication of item availability to the payment process. Although I was hesitant to pay a membership fee, I have to say I enjoy the exclusivity and discounts and happy to know I have access to a concierge service. We are moving into a new home and have to furnish our entire house. I hope to purchase many more items from Rove Concepts!

The customer service is fine but not…
The customer service is fine but not happy that my client has to pay the total up front when the order likely won’t be ready for 3-4 months. With other vendors I give a 50% deposit, and pay the balance when the order is ready.

We were happy with the product that we purchased. The only feedback I have is that response times for my inquiries were slow (average response time was 6-7 days per email response).
Great shopping/long shipping
Great shopping/long shipping - The online shopping experience was great, but even though all items (a dining table and 4 chairs) were in stock, shipping to a major USA east coast city apparently takes one month. Purchased 6th June, but the earliest possible delivery date according to their shipping partner is 5th July! Can't wait to receive it!

BEST COUNTER STOOLS EVER
Needed to purchase a pair of counter stools for my kitchen island. I have always known of Rove Concepts but never purchased anything from them. I recently had a chance and pulled the trigger on a pair of Aubrey chairs. I absolutely love them and the purchasing process was perfect. Seamless and easy. I picked up my furniture a their local pickup location. Product was also good quality and well worth the price.

Ordered 4 Aubrey counter stools in Monaco white with a natural stain on the legs. They look beautiful! They’re sturdy and comfortable as well. Can’t wait to get them into the new house.
