The First time I reached out to get information on some furniture pieces from online, I didn't get what I needed. Which was a quote/proposal with ETA's, this was last week 3/2/21. I had to go back online and request another one and the person on Chat asked if I needed ETA's I said sure. I asked if he would be sending me a proposal, he said no, that I would need to purchase online or he could request someone to send me a quote. I didn't find any of the Chat staff that helpful. I previously asked for a bulk discount which you don't offer. Very short, not that friendly.

I love the beautiful furniture
I love the beautiful furniture. I requested swatches and received them promptly. After making my decision I had difficulty placing my order. The website was difficult to navigate as trying to add items to my cart wouldn’t work. Perhaps because items were not in stock ? Anyway after contacting concierge, I kept checking back and after a few days the items I wanted were available for preorder. I have ordered my gorgeous chairs and stools and can’t wait to receive them. Great customer service from concierge.

Rove makes beautiful furniture. I had a problem with the delivery of the first bed we ordered and it wasn't a fun experience but they did a wonderful job in making the situation right.
Disappointed on voucher use.
All things went pretty well on the website. Had two vouchers but could only use one unless I wanted to make another order and pay shipping again. It’s not worth it so we lose 40+ dollars on our voucher.
Seems great but tighten the screws
Love the product selection and decided to become a member. This may be old school, but I would have expected a welcome phone call from a concierge. I also ordered quite a bit of product on my first order and would have loved a reduction in the shipping costs or the ability to apply my loyalty credit back to the shipping costs.

This is the first time I have joined a membership and shopped for furniture. This review is not about actual product but the web shopping experience. The web site is easy to negotiate, find items of interest and get detailed description of the products. I found it easy to order items of my interest and the checkout prices was clear and seamless. Now waiting for the merchandise and hoping that it meets the expectations set by the pictures.

I ordered 8 Angelo Dining chairs along with a round white lacquer tulip table. I was nervous about ordering online so I initially ordered some swatches which are free and came super quick. I would definitely recommend doing this as it allows you to get a better sense of not only the colour but how the fabric feels. We placed our order on Feb 3/21 and we received our shipment with no issue on Mar 5/21. The chairs were even more beautiful in person and the delivery was seamless. The only thing I wasn't too pleased with was how expensive the shipping rates were. I have paid less in the past for white-glove delivery from other high-end retailers than I did for this standard version. I would still order from here again!

Dining table on order!
Just placed an order for a dining table; fingers crossed it's a nice and as good a quality as most reviews say it is! The shopping and ordering experience was very smooth. In fact, I am fortunate to live not far form the ROVE showroom: Made an appointment and even though my particular table was not on display there, I got great insight and information from the staff. They could not have been nicer. I left with samples of the finishes and fabrics I was interested in. Looking forward to a notification when my table is ready to pick-up!
